The above pictures are the front and profile before surgery, and the front and profile drawings. These drawings were the chosen goal. They represent in the front and side views how she chooses to look after surgery. Since she is a minor, her mother helped her choose and approved her choices of goals. 

Before  & one day after  surgery 

The above four pictures are the front and side views the first day or about 24 hours after surgery. She slept well the first night and was breathing comfortably through her nose.
