More long term follow ups

The chosen goal drawing shows how the patients wants to look. It tells the surgeon what changes are to be made. It allows the surgeon and patient to agree on what is to be achieved by surgery.

The surgery made only those improvements chosen. Each was custom designed. No patients had a standard operation such as a face lift or eye surgery.

No standard operations were done such as face lift or eye . Instead, the surgery was limited to correction of each chosen area of improvement.
