The floor plan for the suite #4 is shown here. Another space next to the west wall has the water heater. The suite is now empty and does not have any dental chairs as shown on the floor plan or any equipment.
This floor plan is approximate and not guaranteed accurate. It was used in the complete renovation in year 2000 when the suite was modernized for the dental panorama xray machine that was used and all the rooms were plumbed for the oral surgeon to have oxygen, suction and nitrous oxide.
That oral surgeon was very busy and said that because of the growth and expansion of his practice in which he was joined by two other surgeons, larger quarters were needed and moving became necessary. They moved to another larger suite in Costa Mesa that was vacated by the retirement of two other quite busy and reputable oral surgeons. There is no other oral surgeon now in this area of Newport Beach.
