patient to the right had a previous open rhinoplasty which is not
preferred because leaves a little scar.
A part of the improvement in appearance is that her
whole face is not so long as it was.

The
second patient had previously had the nose done about two years ago. At
that time she had a cast and packing in her nose for seven days and
nights, black and blue for three weeks. The result was a bump at the tip
seen best on the left profile views.
With
this surgery revision of the nose she was presentable and breathing comfortably from the day of
surgery.
