All photos except these are with the same lighting, position and the same camera settings so that they reveal the true effects of surgery. These are presented because they are interesting. The after is obviously with a different camera lighting and background. They are what are called glamour photos, as many persons have done, by a professional photographer. They were not digital. And they do not appear to have been retouched. All of the enhancement is the lighting, posing and lens etc.
This explanation is given so that it is clear we know and want everyone who sees them to know that they are not presented as pictures for study or demonstration of improvements made by surgery.
It is most enjoyable to us and to her that she can look that good.
